Overseeing entry checkpoints, auditorium access, audience crowd flow, and security operations during keynotes & proshows.
VIP Escort & Hospitality
Welcoming guest speakers, corporate jury, artists, and dignitaries with dedicated accompaniment and hospitality support.
Registration & Helpdesk
Handling welcome counters, issuing fest credentials, answering delegate queries, and assisting inter-college participants.
Stage & Logistics Squad
Assisting event coordinators with audio-visual equipment, stage setup, emergency rapid response, and ground support.
Perks & Recognition
Official Volunteer Certificate, Duty Leave (DL) assistance for event days, All-Access Festival Crew Pass, food coupons, and exclusive Astra organizing crew kit.
Eligibility
Open to all active GECW students across all branches and semesters. We prioritize dedication, teamwork, punctuality, and great communication skills.
